A Peddlers Permit has been issued to Michael Ameduri from Empire Access (fiber internet) starting June 2 through June 5, 2025, he will be out from Noon to 7 p.m. each day.  He will be in the following areas:  Beechwood Dr, Bean Pole Circle, Birchwood Dr, Bonnie Brae Circle, Carriage Court, CloverMeadow Dr, Coachlight Circle, Collett Road, Cornfield Circle, Dalton Dr, Elmwood Circle, Farmbrook Dr, Flaxen Dr, Hayride Dr, Heritage Circle, Limestone Lane, Maplewood Dr, Mountain Ash Dr, Payne Road, Red Fern Dr, Walnut Dr, Wheatstone Dr, Windigo Lane, and Wishingwell Lane.

Town Court will be closed on Thursday, April 18th, 2024 due to training.

Farmington Town Court, located at 1023 Hook Road Farmington, NY 14425, will be closed Dec. 23, 2022 until Jan. 3, 2023. Please feel free to utilize the drop box, located to the left of the main door, for document submission, and phone messages will be returned when we re-open. Happy Holidays.

Directions from the NYS Thruway I-90:  Get off at Exit 44.  Turn left at first stop light (Collett Road).  Go to the first Stop Sign (Hook Road), turn left.  Approximately .10 mile on right just past the railroad tracks is the entrance toTown Court. The court entrance is at rear of building.

Court is held the 1st through the 4th Monday at 6:00pm **

The Assistant District Attorney is present the 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 6:00pm **
