Lodge Hours: 8am - 10pm 

• Reservations accepted by residency status:
  • Farmington residents:
    • Starting Dec 2026 → can reserve January 2027 dates only
    • Starting first business day of Jan 2027 → can reserve the rest of 2027
  • Non-residents:
    • Starting first business day of Feb 2027 → can reserve remaining 2027 dates
• Reserve by phone:
  Call (315) 986-8100, Option 1     *Only 1 reservation/event is made per day. 
• Lodge fees:
  • Residents: $150/day
  • Non-residents/business use: $250/day
  • Payment and signed contract are due within 1 week of making the reservation 
• Deposits & cancellations:
  • $100 refundable key deposit due at key pickup. 
  • Key deposit refund-check is mailed with-in one month after the event
  • Cancellations must be in writing, or emailed to townclerk@farmingtonny.org
  •  20% cancellation fee retained
• Hours & rules:
  • Access only on your event day: 8:00 AM–10:00 PM 
  • No alcohol
  • No tape/nails/pushpins on walls
  • Capacity: 98 people
  • Seating for about 90 people
  • Reservation is for the Mertensia lodge only, (excludes seasonal tent, etc.) 
• Amenities include:
  • Kitchen complete with: oven/stove, fridge, microwave, and sink; 
  • water & electric,
  • heat/AC (gas),
  • handicap accessible restrooms,
  • tables/chairs - Seating for 90 people; Tables - 8 - 8ft & 5 6ft tables)
• Mertensia Park has:
  • nearby trails - The Auburn Trail, and the Rotary Centennial Walking Path
  • Playground ages 5-12 years
  • Swings
  • Courts - Basketball, Tennis, Pickleball 
  • Gaga Ball
  • Electric Car Charging Station
  • Refillable water fountain station
  • and the FAMOUS Seasonal Mertensia Blue Bells (bloom in or around May)

*Please note that our online calendar is updated on a weekly basis, and so our dates may be subject to change. 

*Summer Recreation will be using the tent at Mertensia Park Monday - Friday until 4:30pm from June 29th to August 7th. They do not use the lodge, but will be using the other activities at the park such as fields and playground. When reserving the lodge, the summer recreation tent is NOT part of the reservation. The town does NOT take reservations for the summer recreation tent.
